Apartment was spacious and equipped with everything you need. Staff were attentive Location is very near to Abu Dhabi Mall.
Though the area is full of free parking lots if you come late at night it will be difficult to find a place to park your car.

The size of the rooms at Ivory Hotel was impressive, providing ample space for our group. We were pleased to find that the utensils and appliances in the kitchen were in good working order. Despite a few drawbacks such as uncomfortable mattresses and the lack of a swimming pool, overall I would recommend this hotel.

Lack of touristic services in terms of staff and information.

There are little grocery stores, laundries and other amenities in the neighbourhood around the hotel. Staff are polite and try to accommodate requests.
Parking around the hotel is nearly impossible. The washer in my room didn't work properly - a former guest had even written "not working" on top of it! I switched rooms after the first night because of the washer issue and a very smoky smell, and the staff were happy to accommodate this request. However, in the 2nd room, the cooker didn't work and the bedroom curtains couldn't be closed properly, leaving a 1-metre gap. This resulted in being awoken around 5am by the sun. I asked the staff to address these issues before the next night, and it did not seem that anything was done, so my sleep was again disturbed. I think the problems with this hotel relate to management not addressing proper maintenance/repairs rather than any issue with staff, who seemed to be doing their best with a rather run-down property.

It was very bad stay at the hotel , I didn't know that the club stay the whole night with music and bass until 3:am and it's very noisy. Gym most equipments are not working. Internet is extremely slow.

Nice place, I enjoyed friendly personnel.
The rooms they offer were big and convenient with kids everyday as well as 2 additional beds. Location: the hotel was next to downtown Abu Dhabi and a mall, grocery and restaurants and the business district of town.

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices for spacious rooms that include a fully-equipped kitchen. The location is excellent, situated in the tourist club area and just a 5-minute walk from the Abu Dhabi Mall. The staff provide good service and are attentive to detail, making sure basic amenities are provided and even offering breakfast included in the room rate.
No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

This hotel appartmnet is not supose to be recommneded by Booked.net and should be removed from your site. It is one of the worst hotel i have ever visited in my life. No car park, dirty and not as expected.

Two separate bedrooms, a large living room, kitchen and foyer (this was an apartment, probably built 20 years ago). The view from the corner room is good. The proximity to Pizza Hut, Hardee's etc. was very helpful as I had no transportation for the night.
Absolutely no parking space- sometimes not even space for a quick unloading. It is difficult to get the suitcases into the hotel without their staff's help- and without dragging them through the sand and rubbing against the parked cars. Lack of hotel name-recognition among the younger cabbies (good thing I had their phone number ready). The suite's kitchen was old but had decent pots, pans and dishes. One toilet was in need of repairs. We were rudely woken up at about 4 am by the prayer loud speakers that seemed to be way too loud and right outside our 7th (or was it 15th?) storey suite.

The rooms were decently spacious and clean. the staff was friendly and accommodating. Amenities provided were adequate, including a gym and restaurants nearby. the air conditioning was effective, which was a relief during the hot weather.
The hotel building was undergoing renovations, which was a nuisance. the location of the hotel was not the most convenient, and finding free parking was a challenge.
